ISP Global Advisory is a boutique advisory firm. Our primary engagement is Institutional Readiness Advisory: a fixed-scope preparation of growth-stage companies for the scrutiny of institutional capital. It is the work we are most often engaged for, and the standard against which the rest of our work is built.
We also advise clients beyond the initial mandate. In the period following an institutional round, when the decisions that shape the next eighteen to thirty-six months are made. Through strategic restructurings, where the perspective of how institutional stakeholders assess a business is often what distinguishes a workable solution from one that is not. And on the sale of a company, the most consequential transaction in the life of a business. These engagements are offered selectively, most often to clients we have already worked alongside.
We work with a limited number of companies at any given time. Clients are typically approaching, navigating, or emerging from a moment that will define the next decade of the business.
ISP Global Advisory was established alongside International Strategic Partners, a venture capital firm that has deployed institutional capital into growth-stage opportunities for over a decade. The two firms operate independently. ISP invests under its own mandate; ISPGA advises its clients without regard to ISP's portfolio interests. The separation is structural and deliberate.
What the affiliation confers is perspective. Our work is informed by more than a decade of direct experience on the investment side, the standards committees apply, the risks they weigh most heavily, and the distinctions between companies that secure institutional backing and those that do not. That vantage point shapes how we advise.
Both firms operate from offices in London, the DIFC in Dubai, and California, with senior advisors working across all three.
